Sterling silver tankard, richly repoussé decorated with foliate and floral motifs, featuring a central cartouche engraved with a coat of arms and the inscription “Nec Temere Nec Timide”. The underside bears the engraved initials “E.M.”, while the rim is struck with London hallmarks and the mark of an unidentified silversmith.
